Project Overview – Marquette row is a 45-unit new construction condominium development in River West. The phased project consists of five intimate residential buildings each with six large 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath simplexes, two 2 Bedroom / 1 Bath simplexes and a 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath duplex. The bold architectural design features all brick exteriors with stone accents and floor-to-ceiling windows. All residences boast spacious floor plans and large private front terraces, and penthouse units feature additional private rooftop decks.

Finishes – Finishes include premier white oak flooring throughout, abundant recessed lighting, fireplaces with stone slab surrounds, and side-by-side washer/dryers. The Neighborhood – The River West area of Chicago is on the near west side of Chicago in very close proximity to The Loop, Old Town, Greektown and Michigan Avenue. CTA rail and bus transportation are located very nearby along Halsted Street and Milwaukee Avenue.
